Glycel Miñoza began her journey with IMPL. PROJECT Philippines as an intern, wanting to be part of an organization that cares for the Filipino fisherfolk community. Her father was a fisherman and in 2020, he became a member of IMPL. PROJECT Philippines’ Unified Livelihood Agriculture Cooperative (ULAC) in Zambales.
Just a few months into her internship, she officially became a full-time IMPL. PROJECT Philippines staffer and served as Marketing and Communication Officer – Zambales. In this role, she oversaw social media content about ULAC’s fisherfolk cooperative beneficiaries and provided assistance in programming and operations. Glycel is now a full-time Communications Associate at IMPL. PROJECT Philippines supporting multiple communications initiatives.
Glycel earned a B.S. in Business Administration with a major in Marketing Management from Northern Zambales College, Inc., where she graduated Magna Cum Laude.
