Accountant

With 30+ years of cross-industry financial experience, Heidi brings a well-rounded knowledge of finance and accounting management to IMPL. PROJECT, including financial reporting, grant and budget preparation and management, business planning, and process improvement. 

From her previous Director of Finance roles for multiple international Non-Governmental Organizations (NGOs), she knows firsthand how to engage at local levels while adhering to Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) & grant requirements. 

Heidi adheres to “work smarter, not harder” principles to create streamlined efficiencies, using  technology to integrate information and automate redundancies. She values transparency and collaboration in her financial practices, helping IMPL. PROJECT continue to be an organization of excellence and integrity.
