IMPL. PROJECT Board of Directors

Patrick Roa is an experienced pilot with an extensive background in corporate aviation, safety and security. He has logged more than 13,700 hours total flight time, in addition to holding management experience in safety and security for an LLC, as well as line check and training responsibilities. 

In addition to his Board of Directors role at IMPL. PROJECT Philippines, Patrick serves on the Board of Directors for Asian Business Aviation, where he has been instrumental in advising the Philippines government on the formation of the Philippine Transportation Safety Board (PTSB), lobbied for the Philippine’s involvement in the Cape Town Treaty, and was vital in kickstarting AsBAA’s Illegal Charter Reporting System (ICRS), Asia’s first initiative to combat systemic illegal charter.
