Zachary Spreitzer

U.S. Army Training With Industry Fellow

Zachary Spreitzer is a U.S. Army Training with Industry (TWI) Fellow currently serving at IMPL. PROJECT to achieve a better understanding of how organizations in the Non-Governmental sector function, specifically during their interactions with the Departments of Defense, State and USAID. 

He hopes to apply this knowledge upon his return to active service  to enhance his interoperability with NGOs. He is most excited to see the parallels in how the DoD and IMPL. PROJECT conduct surveys, data-map, and manage civil information.

During his time in the Army, Zachary has served as a Military Police Officer, a Civil Affairs Team Leader, and most recently, as an Instructor at the Special Operations Governance Officer Course. 

He holds a degree in Political Science from Central Michigan University.
